Jazmine here! Now officially, Jazmine Kwong, PA-C!

Born and raised in sunny Los Angeles, California. I attended UC Riverside for two years and finished my Bachelor's of Neuroscience at USC in 2014. I worked as an EMT on a critical care unit ambulance and also as a pediatric Medical Assistant. After that, I became an EMS technician for an addiction and detox treatment center. More recently, I was working in surgery as a Neurodiagnostic Technician monitoring spine and neurosurgery.

It took me three long years to finally make it into PA school- but everything happens for a reason! I'm a lover of matcha, dogs, adventures, desserts and anything I can shake my hips to! Oh! I'm a New Grad PA from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California!

More importantly, I run an Instagram account geared towards helping Pre-PAs navigate their way through the application process. After much contemplation, I've decided to create a blog to complement my IG. Here, I will document my adventures throughout the PA journey with a sprinkle of everything else I enjoy!
